AcneAnt.com – Acne Remedy

Well based on my own advice I try very hard never to touch my face, but when it itches like crazy what can you do?

Enter the shirt sleeve/collar; I figured that so long as it wasn’t skin on skin, it would be fine, but woke up today with a little face monster after rubbing my chin feverishly across my shirt collar to stop the itching. So I guess today’s lesson: Let it itch. There are worse things.

I suppose lightly holding a paper towel filled with cold water on it might help. I’ll try that next time.
